1 The counting machine shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
2 The counting machine should run smoothly, and the movement of parts and components should be sensitive, coordinated, and accurate, without jamming and abnormal sounds.
3 The connection of the air circuit of the counting machine should be intact, without oil leakage and air leakage.
4 The production capacity of the counting machine shall reach the rated production capacity.
5 The filling rate of the counting machine should not be less than 99.8%.
6 The counting machine should have the function of automatically rejecting and counting unqualified bottles, and the rejection rate should not be greater than 2%. Nantong Hengli's opinion: It is suggested to change to "the counting machine should have an automatic rejection function, and the rejection rate of non-conforming products should not be greater than 2%."
7 The no-load noise of the counting machine should not be greater than 80dB (A).
8 The circuit control system of the counting machine should meet the requirements of GB 5226.1-2008. It is safe, reliable, and accurate. The electrical connectors are firmly connected and numbered. The operation buttons should be flexible and have emergency stop buttons. The indicator light should be normal. With the emergency stop device, the effective operation of the emergency stop actuator suspends the subsequent commands, and this operation command is effective until it is reset. The reset should only be performed manually at the location where the emergency operation command was triggered. The commanded reset should not restart the machine, but only allow restart.
9 The insulation resistance measured when 500Vd.c. Is applied between the power circuit wire and the protective ground circuit should not be less than 1MΩ.
10 All exposed conductive parts of the counting machine shall be connected to the protective connection circuit according to the requirements of 8.2.1 in GB5226.1-2008. The connection between the ground terminal or ground contact and the ground metal part shall have a low resistance value, and its resistance value shall not exceed 0.1Ω. It shall be determined by the ground resistance test.
11 Between the power circuit wires of the electrical equipment and the protective connection circuit, they should withstand the withstand voltage test for at least 1 s.
12 The safety protection of the counting machine shall meet the following requirements: a) The safety protection of the counting machine shall comply with the provisions of JB 7233. b) There should be clear and conspicuous safety warning signs on the counting machine. Safety signs shall comply with the provisions of GB2894 and GB / T 16273.1. c) The counting machine should be provided with interlocking protection. When there is a shortage of material, there is no bottle at the inlet or the outlet is blocked and misoperation, it should alarm and stop the machine.
13 The appearance quality of the counting machine shall meet the following requirements.
13.1 The painted or spray-coated layer of the non-processed surface shall be smooth and uniform in color and without obvious defects such as turbidity, flow marks, blistering and repair marks.
13.2 Surface treated parts shall be uniform in color and luster, free from defects such as blistering, layering, spots, and rust.
14 The material and parts of the counting machine should meet the following requirements.
14.1 Counting machines used in pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical, chemical, electronics and hardware industries shall meet the safety and health requirements and management specifications of the corresponding industries. When the counting machine is used in the food industry, the safety and health requirements of material selection, design, manufacturing, and configuration principles should meet the requirements of GB 16798. When the counting machine is used in the pharmaceutical industry, the surface material that the counting machine contacts with the filling particles should comply with the relevant national regulations on pharmaceutical production equipment.
14.2 The surface of the equipment in contact with packaging materials and solid particles shall be smooth, flat, easy to clean or disinfect, and resistant to corrosion, and shall not undergo chemical changes with or adsorb solid particles. Lubricants, coolants, etc. used in the equipment must not pollute solid particles or containers. 14.3 The raw materials used by the counting machine and outsourced supporting parts shall have the quality certificate issued by the manufacturer. If there is no quality certificate, it must be accepted according to the relevant standards of the product before it can be put into use.
14.4 The inner walls of the hopper and the guide tube are smooth, flat and free of dead angles. The weld seams are ground and polished without gaps in stock. The filling device should not cause contamination, damage or scratches to the material.
14.5 The hygienic safety of the mechanical design of the counting machine shall meet the requirements of GB 19891.
14.6 For materials that may generate dust, the granulator should have a dust removal interface and a dust removal device. 15 The conveying mechanism can be adjusted accordingly with the variety of filling materials and container specifications.
